Easywater Coolers are dedicated to providing you with quality service. Our staff carry out this promise and are on hand offer the premium service you should expect. All queries are dealt with professionally and efficiently.
Water Cooler Delivery & Set-Up
- Once you've decided which water cooler suits your requirements we will deliver it and set it up with your first delivery of water within seven working days of your order.
- We will deliver your cooler and will also explain and demonstrate to you, all you need to know about the cooler and our delivery service. Your Area Manager has his own designated routes, providing you with a regular personal service and is always on hand to help you in any way they can.
Water Deliveries to your home and office
- We will setup regular deliveries with a frequency to suit your consumption levels. From our distribution centres within the M25 each home will receive their delivery from a local depot.
Empty Bottle Collection
- Our bottles are returnable. With every delivery, we'll pick up your empty bottles.
Keeping your Cooler Clean
- You can let us take care of keeping your cooler clean by opting in to our 'Cooler Care Service'. We will visit your cooler four times a year to change and/or thoroughly clean all internal parts of the cooler.
Billing
Paying your bills is made easy by using Direct Debit which is available to home and business customers.
You can choose from one of two ways to pay for your bottled water and accessories.
- Rental; you pay a monthly fee for your cooler rental and cooler care service, and then pay for your bottled water, cups and additional products as and when you need them
- Purchase; you can buy and own the water cooler and then order bottled water, cups and additional products as and when you need them
